This is an opportunity to try out a group piano class. This is an introduction of the skills covered in my multi-week Ready for Piano classes. By the end of this class, learners will be able to identify high and low sounds at the piano, and will have had practice making high and low sounds at the piano themselves while following rhythmic patterns learned at the beginning of the class, using the rhythmic solfege system developed by Edwin Gordon. Repeating this class is a great option for families who need a few opportunities to experience something new before committing to a longer-term group piano course.

The learner needs a little space for movement and a piano or keyboard with a bench. Keyboards should have at least 4 octaves, or 48 keys.
