This tutoring class is for learners aged 3 to 11 year olds. I am the best at tutoring preschool-8 year olds that are struggling. But I can tutor anyone in literacy skills. I will give a reading assessment to see how best to teach the learner and what areas to work on in reading instruction during the first meeting. I am a certified teacher with a reading endorsement. I have been a kindergarten and second grade classroom teacher before staying home with my girls. My focus has been on reading and improving a students reading levels quickly. I have not taught special education and I am not very familiar with learning disabilities but I am always willing to help any student.
