課堂經歷
This self-paced class will introduce students to the Reading Explorer Foundations textbook which is a great resource for improving writing and reading skills. The coursework will focus on: building vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, grammar, and critical thinking. Throughout the unit students will discover exciting facts about unsolved mysteries and will be able to complete different activities which will target their reading comprehension/writing skills. *Each lesson contains a PDF workbook and video guide. Lesson 1 - Learning about UFO’s and strange phenomena. Lesson 2 - Practicing vocabulary and answering short questions about the text. Lesson 3 - Uncovering the mysteries of Atlantis + critical thinking questions.

A Mysterious Visitor: reading, useful phrases.
Unique mysteries and unexplained phenomena! Learn about an interstellar object while creating your own story with new vocabulary. Answer critical thinking questions and receive feedback on spelling, grammar, and flow of writing.

Learn vocabulary words and use them in a creative writing task. Use your knowledge of the text to answer short questions about the reading passage.

The Lost City of Atlantis: grammar and critical thinking.
We’ll finish up the unit by reading about Atlantis. Make sure to complete the grammar and vocabulary exercises then use your critical thinking skills to answer the final question.
