Children will be read Christmas stories, poems, sing carols, and complete an associated craft. Slides will be shared to visually reinforce the focus of the lesson and keep learners engaged. The lessons will include Charlie Brown Christmas, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Dino Christmas, Penguin's Christmas Wish, Fancy Nancy Splendiferous Christmas, How to Catch and Elf, Tough Cookie, and Twas the Night Before Christmas. Songs include Jungle Bells, Wish You a Merry Christmas, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman and Santa Claus is Coming to Town Welcome and overview 3-8 minutes Story 10-15 minutes Carols 4-6 minutes Crafts 12-18

Several sheets (8-10) of dark green, light green, red, brown construction paper a few sheets (3-4) of blue and white construction paper. One sheet of yellow and black construction paper. One plain, not coated paper plates, Cotton balls, markers, glue, and scissors I will send a packet with some patterns and activities as well as puzzles and additional fun-please print prior to class.
