As a former middle and high school English teacher, I've taught many lessons on creative writing, and I've used this method of putting random elements together into one story with students. They always had a blast coming up with their stories and sharing them.
Note: this class gives you a chance to write something creative and fun. That is its purpose. This class isn't meant as an intro to writing course. We aren't focusing on editing anything. We aren't discussing grammar or sentence structure. This is more about the ideas and the creative side to writing.
