In this class, the students will learn about the letter r and reindeer. The students will begin the class by learning the letter r. They will practice saying the r sound and thinking of words and identifying words and pictures that start with the letter r. The students will discuss what they know about reindeer. Then the students will learn about where reindeer live, how they stay warm, their homes, and what they eat. The students will answer questions and discuss reindeer. At the end of class, the students will review the r words and practice writing the letter r if there is time.
