Have you ever wondered what exactly is narcissism? Or how you can know when you meet someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder? Or if narcissists ever change? We answer these questions and more in this class. This class is ideal for learners who have an interest in understanding Narcissistic Personality Disorder. No prior experience is needed for this class, only an interest in personality disorders. This is an educational, fact-based course, and not a counseling or therapy group....
1. Be able to define Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) 2. Be able to define terms associated with NPD 3. Be aware of different types of narcissism 4. Be able to identify strategies to survive/thrive during long-term contact with individuals with NPD
I have a B.A. in Sociology and a M.Ed. in Community Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, which means I assess, diagnose and treat disorders such as Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
