Overview:
In this one-on-one ongoing class students will learn coding through project based learning on Minecraft Education Edition. This means we will have an objective for the week, that will be set on the Minecraft blackboard (in game), and we will be coding and creating/destroying (world building) to achieve that objective. Basically fun things/mobs!

This ongoing class is meant for beginners who want to learn to code while playing Minecraft in a stress free environment. The students will be immersed in the Minecraft world where we will use block coding to learn some programming fundamentals. 

Class Content:
■    Topic overview
■    Student coding time / creative time
■    Testing and viewing of creations
■    Wrap Up

EXPERIENCE:
No coding experience is required. 
No Minecraft experience is required.

REQUIREMENTS:
This class uses Minecraft Education Edition. Please make sure to download and install it prior to enrolling in the class. Available for Windows, Chromebook, Mac, iPad and Android tablets. Two devices work best, one for coding on Minecraft and another for viewing Zoom. Please make sure to check your system requirements and installation before booking a class.

Messages are typically answered within 48 hours. 

Attendance and Refund Policy:
Missed classes, regardless of the reason, are not eligible for refunds. This policy ensures fairness to our teachers as well as all students, as once a spot is taken, it cannot be filled by another student. Additionally, teachers will only wait for 10 minutes in the classroom for students to join; if the student or family does not notify the teacher of their lateness beforehand and the student does not arrive within this time, the teacher will close out the class. Please note that we do not reschedule classes due to missed sessions.
