In this virtual Procreate class, learners will learn how to: Use the brush and fill tools to draw and color a simple ice cream cone Add texture and color to create a realistic unicorn hair Use layering and grouping techniques to organize and manipulate elements of the drawing Experiment with different brush settings and blending modes to create a unique and dynamic composition Share their artwork and receive feedback from the instructor and their classmates. By the end of the class, students will have created their own original and colorful unicorn, and will have gained a better understanding of the Procreate app and digital art techniques.

For my digital art class using Procreate basics, the following sources and class requirements will apply: Sources: In this class, we will be using the Procreate app, which is available for purchase on the App Store. We will also be using the official Procreate user guide, which can be downloaded from the Procreate website. Class requirements: In order to participate in this class, students will need to have an iPad with the Procreate app installed. They will also need an Apple Pencil or other stylus to use with the app. Additionally, students should have a basic understanding of how to use an iPad and should be familiar with the basic functions of the Procreate app. Overall, these sources and requirements will provide students with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in this class and to create beautiful digital art using Procreate. In our virtual class on Procreate Basics, I believe that parent guidance is very safe and not required. The class is designed to be accessible and engaging for children of all ages and abilities, and I will provide clear and concise instructions to help learners navigate the app and learn the fundamentals of digital art. Parents are welcome to sit with their child during the class if they want to provide support and encouragement, but it is not necessary for the child to have parental supervision in order to participate in the class. I want to provide a fun and safe learning environment for all children, and I trust that they will be able to learn and create on their own with my guidance. In my virtual class, I will be using the Procreate app on an iPad with an Apple Pencil. I will also be using the Procreate user guide, which I will screen share for my students to follow along. The Procreate app is a powerful digital illustration tool that allows me to create professional-quality artwork using my iPad and Apple Pencil. The user guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to use the app and its various features.
