I am an experienced teacher who generates academic success through positive methodologies and engaging lessons.  In this tutoring course, your student will meet with me once per week to fill in any academic gaps that are missing.  After the initial assessment, Ms. Bree will teach exactly what your child is struggling with.  (Example:  str, _ge, vowel teams, specific sight words, applying reading strategies, writing prompts, and so on.)  Using the Common Core Curriculum as our foundation, your child will learn the information that they are missing in a fun step-by-step process. For example:  If they are struggling with specific trigraphs, diphthongs, or word families, we will use songs, visuals, & stories to connect them to our memory.  Our reading & writing will be aligned to the particular skill  and level that your student is working on.  What does Ms. Bree use in the classroom?  Interactive powerpoints, videos, dry erase boards, ReadingA-Z books, live worksheets, movement breaks, reading & writing games, and more!
