課堂經歷
In this one on one class, your child will receive extra support to help them be successful in Kindergarten and First Grade. This class will be based on the learners individual needs. We can work on identifying letters, word families, sight words, number identification, counting, adding, subtracting, reading, writing and more. With the parents guidance and input, we will begin working on what the learner needs the most support with. I have been 11 years of public school teaching experience in Kindergarten and First Grade, so if you are unsure I can help and see where the best place to begin is. I think learning should be fun and I will praise your child often to encourage and motivate them in class. I look forward to having fun in class and helping your child be more successful and confident in school.

Hello everyone! I LOVE teaching! In fact, ever since I was a little girl, I have always wanted to be a teacher. In 2012, I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a degree in elementary education. I have been a kindergarten teacher in the public school system for 9 years. I have also had the opportunity to work for Vipkid where I taught English online to Chinese children (ages 4-12). I am the mother of a 7 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. We love to spend time outside at the park and occasional trips to the beach. English Language Arts is my favorite subject. I love to teach phonics skills that are a key component to reading. As an elementary educator, I can help children learn social fundamental skills to build relationships and be prepared for classroom success. I am firm believer that learning should be fun and engaging. I love to have a good time and hope to see your child in my classroom!評論
