課堂經歷
In this tutoring session, we will let the learner's needs and interests define the content. I am a native Spanish speaker and I have insight on the accent and dialects of many different Spanish speaking countries. I can also teach a neutral accent that is accepted as mainstream in most places. In my country of origin I studied literature, journalism, and communication theory so I can bring use that knowledge of the language for the benefit of my learners. My teaching style is thorough when it comes to content but relaxed and lighthearted when it comes to interpersonal communication and class dynamics. Learners get to interact with me and receive immediate feedback and coaching so that meaningful progress is achieved. This is the perfect option for those who desire accelerated progress or who are shy and prefer to start out in a more private setting rather than within a group. This tutoring session can be helpful whether you are preparing for a test, wanting to catch up in a class, getting ahead of the curve, learning to use the language for a part time job, preparing to travel, or simply learning for fun.

👋 Hi there! I'm a bilingual educator with over 12 years of experience teaching and mentoring children in both group and one-on-one settings—online and in person. I'm passionate about creating interactive, welcoming classes where learners feel encouraged to express themselves, connect with peers, and have fun while learning!

🎭 A little about me: I'm a former professional actress and once won a Best Actress award at a regional theater festival. I co-wrote and pitched a TV pilot with friends—and it got picked up! I'm also a travel enthusiast and have been a homeschool mom for 10 years. Oh, and yes... I've had 2 dogs, 5 cats, and 5 fish (not all at once!).
