This is a class that will be kept smaller and will be mostly student-led. If there will be a need to show or do specific exercises a stretch and a warm up will be done, but other than that this could would be a talk on how to do a skill, how to get over a mental block, or just exercises that can help build a skill. I was a competitive gymnast for sixteen years and competed as a level 10 gymnast. I know and personally understand the struggles and of being a competitive gymnast and would love to give advice to girls in the same place I once was.
Make sure that the athlete has space and a water bottle if needed.
