This class will teach your child to: -Develop/improve fluency skills -Work on comprehension -Vocabulary -Reading -Writing Classroom structure: -Greeting -Ice breaker game -Flash cards -Reading passage (I read, you read) -Comprehension questions -Discuss Strategies -Review work This class is designed to be flexible and work on your child's needs as necessary. Students will gain a trusted adult to learn from and obtain new skills and ideas to move forward in their academic career.
I have been teaching reading and comprehension skills and strategies for the last six years and I gave several lessons, games and activities to help children build their skills and fall in love with reading.
