This (private ongoing) one-on-one tutoring class will be designed to advance your learners' reading skills. 

This class will teach your child to:

-Develop/improve fluency skills
-Work on comprehension
-Vocabulary
-Reading 
-Writing

Classroom structure:

-Greeting
-Ice breaker game
-Flash cards
-Reading passage (I read, you read)
-Comprehension questions
-Discuss Strategies 
-Review work


This class is designed to be flexible and work on your child's needs as necessary. The first session will be an assessment of skills. Please bring current reading material if you have some. 

Correspondence will be set up with the parent/guardian before booking the first class to determine the course of action needed and any special requirements. If the schedule does not meet your needs, please send me the best days and times that work best for your family so we can coordinate. Longer and/or shorter class times may be requested. We will make a way for your child to succeed.

**Practice work in between classes can be provided if requested.
