課堂經歷
Private Pilates sessions focused on the needs of the enrolled learner. We will work on core strength, core control, flexibility, balance, coordination and posture in this fitness class. Learners who will benefit from individualized attention will find these session to be a great opportunity to refine skills need for sports such as dance, gymnastic, golf, swimming or running. These sessions will also be beneficial for those needing extra attention to posture, form, or addressing any limitations a learner may have including injuries, postural issues or difficulty participating in group exercise classes. We will start with a brief needs assessment and dive right into strength, stretching and balance work. I use a combination of demonstration and verbal cuing to help learners understand the exercises. Then learners are encouraged to get the most out of their workout. This class will be taught at the level of the individual learner. No experience is necessary.
