3-8 年級私人一對一數學輔導

In this one-to-one class, learners will receive individualized help at their own pace, which will allow learners to feel comfortable asking any clarifying questions. Learners will use their Math assignments or homework from school to receive assistance with any skills/concepts. I will use this time to re-teach the specific concepts, as well as model and guide learners through reading skills to help them interpret Math word problems. If needed, I may also provide extra practice. This class format will also be used to help learners prepare and study for any upcoming tests. 

If learners have any pre-assessment data they would like to share with me, I would be able to provide lessons that help them with some pre-requisite skills in order to understand the current ones, therefore, closing some academic gaps they may have. 

Some examples of topics covered in class include: 
** Converting between fractions, decimals, and percentages.
** Operations with integers as well as fractions and decimals. 
** Interpreting word problems involving all four operations with whole numbers, fractions, and/or decimals.
** Number sense. 

For the school homework/assignment, I would ask that they are emailed to me prior to class, so I can better  prepare myself to assist your learner.
