We will record the students reps and progress by writing things down in a specific notebook for them. Students will be assessed through multiple question/feedback throughout the lesson. 課堂經歷
This course is tailored specifically to your fitness and sport(s) goals to help improve your individual skill set. It will entail live fitness training along with engagement and discussion time. *NOTE The Schedule and times are very flexible. Class is high demand, please send me a private message to book a spot. Competitive athletes are fueled by drive for success and winning. They have a hunger to be faster and stronger so they can achieve the high standards they set for themselves. This will be an athlete centred skill development course. This course will focus on explosive training, power, speed, agility, flexibility, fundamentals, mentor-ship and work ethic to nurture and assist athletes to achieve their full potential. This course will teach athletes from all levels whether their a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. It will be very engaging and students are asked (if they want) to write in what aspects of their fitness level they want to improve before starting the course. The lesson plan will be specifically tailored to each student. We will write down our fitness goals or goals we have within our sports and create a lesson plan that will help achieve those targets. I am a professional athlete and I do not always go to the gym to workout, you can do great workouts from home that are just as good as going to the gym. These classes will allow you to reach your fitness goals fast without spending hours in the gym. These full body fitness classes are designed workouts for muscle growth and strength regardless of your training experience. They not only enable you to optimize your training frequency and recovery throughout the week, but are also time efficient and in this case require only 1 or 2 workouts per week. Class Structure Example: Each session will focus on various exercises enabling a full body workout along with healthy eating habits and reviewing our goals 5 minutes Health Review & Weekly Goal - Fitness goal - How we can achieve our goal - Review any homework - What we ate for the week - What foods we should put in our body - Eating Habits - Portion Sizes - Proper Meal Prep Example of Workout: 25-30 minutes Full Body Interval Training: 3 rounds Each (40 seconds on and 20 seconds rest) Complete Full Body Warm Up 5 minutes Upper Body (3 rounds) 9-12 minutes • Standard Push up • In and Out Push ups • Dips (Triceps) • High Plank to Low Plank • Half Plank Hold Rest for water break 1-2 minutes Lower Body ( 3 rounds) 9-12 minutes • Regular or Atomic Burpees • Jump squats • Pulse Lunges • Squat 4 punches to High Knees 4 Punches • Jump Tucks Rest for water break 1-2 minutes Abs and Core (1 round) 8 minutes • Mountain climbers • Plank • Star Crunches • Feet 6 inches • High Plank Knee to Opposite Elbow Closing comments 3-5 minutes • Feedback • Encouragement/Motivation • Questions I am equipped with the skill set to mix things up and keep workouts interesting. By implementing diverse routines, students will remain engaged while garnering new abilities. If you don’t know which exercises are most effective for the goals you have, you are unlikely to achieve those goals. This is why I am here, to help you push to that next level! We will increase our knowledge on eating habits to get max results and health.

- Inside look how a NCAA University Athlete trains
- Students will learn about better eating habits
- Different foods that are healthy for the body and what is not healthy for the body
- The key foods that give us the proper energy to perform in our respective sport(s)
- Overall, how to push through when things get tough, which essentially will be a life skill that can be translated in any area in our lives.

I am a professional basketball athlete and a certified sports coach. I have been a basketball coach and fitness trainer for ages 7-18 for boys and girls from all around the world throughout the past 10+ years. I have experience working with different populations including general individuals, endurance athletes, strength athletes, basketball athletes, and physique athletes.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology - with a concentration in human behaviours
I have a PGC in Sports Coaching at the Masters Level from Worcester University in the UK
With my experience as a former Division 1 NCAA Basketball Athlete (in the U.S.) and my current
Professional Basketball career (played/lived in France Portugal,England,Canada, and China) full body fitness has become a part of my life style. Through my education and career, I have developed an understanding of how to teach lifestyle and behaviour change through evidence-based methods that promote the adoption of exercise and full body fitness. These exercises are inspired by my experiences with NCAA Division 1 programs and European professional sports.
My philosophy has always been focused on the fundamentals. A win for me is seeing the student’s progression from where they began. Each student is unique in their own way and it is my job to identify their special gift and help bring it out of them.
