During this ongoing class, your child will meet with the teacher to work on different math and / English concepts. Teacher Angela is well trained in preschool to third grade math (and beyond) and each class will vary depending on the students needs. When you sign up for this class, the teacher will reach out requesting information on what grade / concept your little one needs assistance with. The teacher will provide lessons tailored to the specific needs (example: addition and subtraction). If you are looking for a full curriculum course we are able to offer that as well! 1. Greeting/How are you? Student and teacher will say hello to one another. 2. Teacher and student will discuss the lesson. Teacher will provide a variety of examples using interactive slides. 3. Student will practice the concept using the slides. The teacher will provide support and assistance as needed. 4. At the end of class the teacher and student will start the worksheet. A weekly worksheet is sent every Sunday at 7PM MST for the week. If you are not able to print the sheet, please bring a piece of paper and a whiteboard. 5. Goodbye/ See you next time! Areas we can assist in include (but are not limited to) number recognition, counting, skip counting, addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, patterns, grouping, fractions, measurement, data, money, clocks and time.
