課堂經歷
Class will begin with goal setting if applicable so I may direct our lesson accordingly. Then, we will learn, talk through, and complete a series of dynamic and static stretches to warm up our muscles for training. After stretching, I will demonstrate and talk the student through performing a series of drills/exercises directing them to their goal(s). Meanwhile, the student I will discuss why and how those exercises will support achieving their goal(s). The student will leave the lesson having gained a true understanding of their goal(s), areas of improvement, and ways to improve. Those “areas of improvement" will be directly related to strength, shape, flexibility, or a combination of the three. These are areas we can improve on one drill at a time!

To be prepared for a private lesson with me the following are necessary: adequate space, a mat, stretchy clothing, hair secured away from face, a full water bottle within reach, and no socks or shoes.
*If you have more equipment than a mat, that's great! We can, and will use it as necessary. I design training to best suit your needs/requests, and can work with whatever you have.

I’m passionate about appropriate stretching, strength, and technique training to achieve desired skills in gymnastics, tumbling, and acrobatics. My expertise is in gymnastics; levels Bronze through Diamond in Xcel and Developmental through Compulsory in the Women's Developmental Program.
