Before every class, the learner will send me the name of the song he/she would like to learn that week along with the artist's name. In every class, I will begin with a short "catch up" conversation for the first 2 minutes to help the student warm up. From there, I will play a clip of the song the student selected so we can familiarize ourselves with the tempo, melody, structure, etc. again. We will then learn the individual chords and begin to break the song down into chunks. The main goal...
