This course consists of "traditional" style piano lessons using Faber Piano Adventures Primer Level Lesson Book. The learner will be presented with visuals of the songs as well as a keyboard visual (camera) to facilitate understanding throughout the lesson. During each lesson, the learner will review previous music terms and songs, learn new songs and skills, and demonstrate good piano playing technique. Typically each lesson will cover 1-2 new songs. - The learner will read and play notes on the treble staff and bass staff in C position. National Music Standard MU:Pr6.1.2a Perform music for a specific purpose with expression and technical accuracy.

The learner will need a piano/keyboard, pencil and purchased piano book - Faber Piano Adventures Primer Level Lesson Book. The book can be purchased through Faber or on other sites like Amazon.
