Want to introduce your preschool or kindergarten aged child to watercolor painting, but not sure where to begin? In this flexible class, students age 3-6 will learn basic watercolor skills while exploring fascinating techniques! The projects are designed for students who have very little to no watercolor experience. Week One: “Rainbow Lines” - Students will learn how to clean their brush between colors. -watercolor paint -watercolor paper -watercolor brushes -cup of water -painters tape OR masking tape -crayons (crayola recommended) -salt (table or coarse)
I strongly encourage parents to assist their young children with this class. Due to the recorded format, a young 3-6 year old child may have trouble with technology such as pausing the video. Working together to learn is a powerful bonding moment and an opportunity to build creative confidence!
