In this 1:1 class, we will take a personalized look at your learners goals, study habits, and brainstorm ideas on how to create the best plan of action. Planning your studies or extracurricular activities can be overwhelming, especially when you look at al of the different options. Planning is a trial and error activity, and it's always productive to recognize what doesn't work and to be able to try something new. Students will learn how to use optimal study time, organize different projects and tasks, map out goals, and find useful and creative strategies for achieving success. In this 1:1 class, students will have an opportunity to have a personal guide through their studies. I will help coach them on the best methods of planning, tracking, note taking, and time management. Each course is customizable to the students needs.
I have been an educator on Outschool since February of 2018. I have my MBA and MHA, both of which have taught me the value of conducting research and asking questions. I am currently working towards two more degrees (BA and MAH) and have learned several different methods of organizing, planning, and studying that have helped me immensely. I have a passion for history and learning. You can usually find me in the middle of 2-3 books or watching a documentary.
