I have been teaching dance for the past 3 years. And in the past summers I managed, directed, and choreographed an annual Disney Junior Dance Camp for ages 3-6. In addition, I will be graduating in December with a BA in Psychology, and minors in Dance and Early Childhood Education (P-3).
Students will be participating in a physical fitness/movement activities though out the class. Therefore please make sure your child has sufficient dance space, proper foot ware (choice of ballet shoes, barefoot, Jazz shoes, tap shoes, and/or sneakers). In addition, I encourage all students to be warmed up to avoid injury and have a water bottle near by. Parental supervision is strongly encouraged to help your dancer assure their safety and spacial awareness.
