課堂經歷
This is a Pilates mat class focused on muscles and techniques to improve posture. In this fitness class learners will work on core strength, alignment and breathing techniques. We will start with a warm up and then perform 10-15 Pilates exercises. The workout also includes several breathing stretches. This class is meant for those with little or no previous Pilates experience. The teacher will demonstrate exercises and provide encouraging feedback to help students perform the exercises...
Students will strengthen their posture muscles in back, abdominals and hip muscles, and stretch muscles in the neck shoulders, back and hips.
The teacher for this class is a certified Pilates instructor and licensed physical therapist. She has been teaching dance and Pilates for over 15 years.

Students will need a mat in an open space where they can comfortably be on the ground and exercise, a water bottle to stay hydrated is always helpful also.
