課堂經歷
This is a Pilates mat class focused on muscles and techniques to improve posture. In this fitness class learners will work on core strength, alignment and breathing techniques. We will start with a warm up and then learn and practice 10-15 Pilates exercises. Students will end the class feeling stretched and stronger. Please be sure learners have ample floor space to exercise. Mats are best, carpet and towels will work also.
