Using the Wunderkeys method books, students will be taught the fundamentals of piano playing. They will be introduced to the layout of the keyboard, creating high and low sounds. The further along a student continues this ongoing class, the more advanced the curriculum will become. Over time, they will learn to read and play in both treble and bass staves. 

Students will start playing on the black keys. Then they will start to play on white keys by matching finger numbers to the letter name. After that, they will focus on playing in specific finger positions. The first official piano position that students will learn is Middle C Position. 

The class will involve "bench time" where the student is either learning a new concept or playing through their piece and "game time." Some games will involve movement, others are more traditional board game style or even involve playing the piano.
