Fun presentations will be shared, which are full of interesting photographs for the class to discuss what they think, and feel towards the images. These interactive discussions are sure to engage students, and inspire their imagination. Students will gain knowledge around important camera elements such as composition and angles, whilst also attaining new a comprehension of how differing light qualities and angles affect photographs. Class Structure: Each lesson focusses around a central photographic style, so that we can do a deep dive into learning and understanding that genre thoroughly. I will explain what makes each genre unique, both in terms of the technical & creative aspects, as well as sharing an array of photos from each genre. Some photos shared will be from acclaimed photographers from throughout history; the class will work together to analyse how each photographers' particular techniques/process was used to achieve their amazing images. Short & enjoyable quizzes are included so students can see the progress of their knowledge from each class. Class Size: This course’s maximum class size is 6 students so that learners have a better chance to be part of an in-depth, small group experience and discussions. Sharing your own photos: Learners are encouraged to share a couple of their own photos in the class for encouraging feedback, but do not need to if they do not want to; this is completely optional. If you would like to show some of your photos to the group, please ensure the images are ready to be presented before the class, so you can easily share them on your screen. ⭐ 📷 About me: I am an experienced and enthusiastic teacher who encourages curiosity and engagement from my students.
