語音學讓生活充滿樂趣！ （多日）

If your student is ready to learn their letter sounds (A-Z) or needs to recap, this class is perfect! 
This class has a limit of 6 learners so that each child can recieve individual teacher input and make fast progress in learning to read.

I am a trained British phonics teacher and have taught phonics in intervention groups for 5 years. School inspectors have noted, due to my phonics intervention groups, "Pupils who achieve the standard in the Year 1 check of phonics is above average year on year." (UK-OFSTED Inspection).

What Will Happen in Each Class?

At the beginning of each class a new sound will be introduced. For each new sound your child will learn an action to help embed the sound into their memory.  We will look at pictures with these sounds in and practice segmenting and blending them. We will then practice writing the letter. I will continually talk about the letters "name" and it's "sound". 

Each session is filled with reading games and colorful, interactive resources with plenty of opportunity to have fun! 
Your student will be reading CV and CVC words in no time.  They will complete the session by a challenge to write the letter and even a word independently!
 There will be lots of opportunities to share achievements. As students listen to each other sounding out and blending they will help each other, and learn from each other at the same time. I always encourage students to participate as much as possible.

The main aim of each session will be to build your child's confidence in sounding out simple words out of context and within a text.This will prepare them for reading unfamiliar words in any book, and will give them the confidence to fall in love with any new story!
Classes are held twice weekly.
This is an multi-day class where previous class knowledge is built on.
