Students will learn the important basics of active listening and speaking in front of a group. They will learn how to ask questions and praise each other for a job well done. Students will engage with class discussion and practice examples and non example of good listening and speaking skills. Students will practice and apply what we learned by participating in a share and tell with the class.

Please bring your pet (or stuffed animal) and any additional props you need to share about your pet. (ie: their favorite toy, leash, food bowl or treat.) It is strongly recommended you also come prepared with a photo or brief video of your pet in case they become camera shy and are unable to attend the class with the learner. Pets, or pictures, only need to be on camera during your sharing time. Also, please come prepared with 2-3 things you would like to share about your pet. Please think about this ahead of time.
