Make your child’s birthday extra special with a Personalized Scratch Coding Party! This is perfect for kids who love to code or for those who want a virtual celebration with friends.

The birthday child will get to work one-on-one with the instructor to design the theme and activities for the party!

What Your Child Will Choose:
✅ Coding activities – Options include creating games, animations, or interactive projects.
✅ Theme of the party – Customized to match their interests!
🎵 At the end of the session, we can sing Happy Birthday (optional).

Scratch Coding Party Options:
We offer three personalized options based on the skill level of the attendees:

1️⃣ For experienced Scratch users: We’ll create a customized game or animation tutorial based on the birthday child’s interests.
2️⃣ For mixed skill levels: A quick Scratch crash course will be provided, followed by a beginner-friendly animation or game tutorial.
3️⃣ For all levels: A fun coding challenge! This allows attendees to express creativity and problem-solve. Examples include:
🎂 Designing a digital birthday cake
🎉 Creating a virtual birthday card
At the end, guests present their projects to the birthday child!

How to Set Up Your Child’s Party:
📩 Contact us first before enrolling guests to discuss details.
👶 Provide the child’s age and the number of attendees (minimum 5, maximum 18).
🗓️ Choose a date and time – We’ll do our best to accommodate.
🎮 Select which party option works best (1, 2, or 3).

Scheduling & Availability:
📅 Our schedule fills up quickly! Please message us in advance to confirm availability.
⏳ A minimum of one week’s notice is required to prepare the coding activities.
🛠️ We offer weekend bookings, but availability is limited – booking 1-2 weeks in advance is highly recommended.

Pricing:
💰 Pricing varies based on the number of participants and duration.
💡 Each 55-minute birthday party starts at $120, which includes the birthday child + 5 guests.
👥 The cost increases with additional participants (maximum 18 children).

Deposit & Booking Process:
🔹 A deposit is required to secure your party date and time. Details will be provided upon booking.

Age Requirements (Outschool Policy):
📌 As per Outschool policy, we can only host parties for ages 3-18.
🚫 We cannot accommodate adult parties—these events are specifically for children.
