Throughout the duration of this class, there will be a multitude of different approaches to fitness. We will discuss the benefits of creating a routine that works for each individual, as well as the importance of exercise in general. Learners will have every opportunity to interact with the instructor and express any questions or concerns throughout. The style of the class will be meant to provide a fun outlook on fitness, while improving ourselves every step of the way. From beginners to experts, all experience levels are welcome.
