We will dive into the story "Pinkalicious". We will read the story, including follow up to confirm understanding, and create a Pink perfect piece of art. Our time together will include: -Introductions -Reading of the story, in an interactive way, to enforce understanding, with question and answer dialogue -With the use of basic shapes and lines to gain confidence, I will lead the students in step by step instructions, to draw a face portrait of Pinkalicious. If you love art, you will love this class!

Students will learn comprehension of the story, as well as gain exposure to art, learn names of basic shapes, and gain confidence in drawing, while following step by step instructions.
