This is a brief 6 video version of my full length Percy Jackson Heroes of Olympus Class. In each class there will be a video where we cover 2-4 chapters of the novel 'Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief' by Rick Riordan. Students should read the assigned chapters prior to watching each video. Videos are all under 15 minutes. Using Google Slides I cover the main points of the chapters as well as give cultural insight and include various activities such as interactive quizzes and mindmapping in order to better understand and get involved in the story. All print outs and videos are to be viewed at your own pace and activities are not mandatory, but will enhance the overall learning experience.

Students will gain some cultural understanding about geography and greek mythology.Students will read the entirety of 'Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief'.
