In this class, students will participate in a guided writing group. I will model a paragraph, and the students will write paragraphs with my help. By helping the students write the paragraphs correctly, we will work on all areas of their writing including spelling, indenting, capitalization, sentence structures, and more. I am a licensed teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience and a literacy coach. My expertise is providing differentiated instruction at a student's level and ensuring they feel successful and engaged throughout the writing process. Students may join the class at any time. No prior knowledge other than basic letter formation and writing simple sentences is needed. Weekly Themes Personal Descriptions Factual Descriptions Personal Opinions Narratives ***Learners may join at any time! The genres peat every four weeks.
