Trick or Treat! It's time for Halloween. Adopt Me always has the most amazing events. For 2024 Uplift Games has cooked up Cricket's Chronolab, complete with minigames, a purple pumpkin hunt and some new and wonderful Halloween pets! Everyone will receive the Legendary Grim Dragon with Fly/Ride potions, 10 Garden eggs, 6 chick boxes and an additional Halloween pet chosen by the picker wheel. During class, we'll have a hatching challenge event and everyone can participate. Maybe you will win a prize! As each person gets their eggs they will have a chance to share and chat about Adopt Me. We can discuss the update, show some of our favorite pets. We'll have some time to play hide and seek, Secret Chair, Color Hop, Mr. Fox, Simon Says, Sharks and Minnows, Freeze Tag, The Last Crib or maybe we'll have a race! Let's celebrate Halloween Season with this exciting event in Adopt Me!

Parental Guidance Statement: Roblox is a gaming app/website aimed at children. Roblox users download the Roblox app to their computer, game console, phone, or tablet. They then select a Roblox game to play each time they open the app. This class requires an Roblox Account with a gamer tag or username. Starting an account is free and easy to do! Please be advised that learners will be required to share their Roblox Username with the teacher through private message. While in-game, other learners may be able to send and receive friend requests with other children in the class/server. However, Roblox Privacy settings can be adjusted by the parent in order to allow or block friend requests. Please be sure to discuss in-game privacy, online safety and chat/game courtesy with your child before class begins.

Hello and thank you for your interest in my courses. I am Ms. Hodgman, Ms. H otherwise known in-game as MamaLlama. I've been an elementary school educator in NJ for more than 26 years. I hold undergraduate as well as graduate degrees in education and I'm certified in Staff supervision, Reading Recovery and Gifted and Talented. I've taught multiple ages as well as Reading Recovery and Intervention for both reading and math. Since I began teaching Roblox and Among Us classes on Outschool, I have become part of this whole new virtual world, where people can play, interact and socialize. It's a new reality. Through gaming, children can make friends from all over the world, give a virtual gift to a new buddy or help someone through a challenge. I look forward to meeting your children, exploring Roblox and Among Us and helping them practice social skills. Discussion, humor and an element of surprise work wonders in keeping children engaged in meaningful learning.
