The writing process can be a hard concept to grasp. I believe with the right tools, students can be successful. Students will learn the basic components to writing an opinion essay. We will look at using a graphic organizer to organize our ideas and thoughts to start the writing process. Students will look at a variety of opinion topics that may help them be successful. We will also be discussing paragraph formatting, transitions, thesis, and call to action. Nearpod will also be used during Zoom to help students stay engaged and for them to collaborate with other classmates.
