**This is a self-paced class; there are no live meetings. Learners will watch the video lessons and interact with the different activities at their own pace.

In this 6-lesson self-paced course, we will cover fractions basics - defining fractions, comparing fractions, writing equivalent fractions (expanding and simplifying fractions), comparing fractions, and a series of fraction operations including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions. Each week, learners will watch a series of mini-lectures on the topic of the week where I will teach the weekly content and work through a series of examples for learners to reference as they complete the weekly activities. There will also be an activity and/or project for the week in addition to video notes worksheets, practice worksheets, weekly challenge questions (posted myself and also created by the learners), and a weekly mini-quiz to complete to further expand on the learner's understanding of the weekly topic.
