This lesson provides several positive learning outcomes.  By focusing on STEAM topics (science, technology, engineering, art, & math), and creating a relevant project each week, the learners are able to gain a deeper understanding of how these concepts are utilized in the real world.  Other learning outcomes include positive communication and critical thinking skills.  Group discussion during the presentation, activity, as well as in the conclusion, promotes positive communication.  Additionally, the learners will utilize critical thinking skills by predicting, applying, analyzing and synthesizing their prior knowledge and experiences into the class discussion as well as into the STEAM activity.
