Instruction will be based on parent input, teacher recommendations if available, and spelling evaluations that I give to your child. Each session will be tailored to your child's strengths and areas of difficulty. I will take notes on your student's progress during each session and will use that to plan future instruction. Student progress will be assessed at the beginning of each session by reviewing the phonogram, sound, key, and word cards from the previous sessions. Students will also write phrases and sentences that contain spelling patterns already taught to determine mastery of that knowledge.提供的成績
The Orton-Gillingham style of spelling supports students with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and other learning needs.
Students should know all of the letters and most of their sounds.
