In this ongoing class, students will learn how to prepare for and draw freeform tangle art.

This class gives students the opportunity to relax and have fun through art and talking with their classmates.  After initial introductions, we will talk about box breathing and practice this technique in order to become calm for drawing.  Next, students will learn a 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique that can give them inspiration for drawing.  We will briefly cover what freeform tangle art is and then create an original work of art with the teacher providing examples and demonstrations.  At the end of class, students can share their art with the class.  It is okay if they do not finish by the end of class, as art is personal and students may wish to continue adding more details later.  Students are encouraged to socialize with their classmates once drawing begins.
Because this class is freeform art, the classes from week to week will be led by students' creativity.  However, the same basic structure will remain the same.

The age range for this class is very flexible.
