課堂經歷
Class can be made custom to the learner or groups interest in styles, goals and focus. We can incorporate stretching, technique, pirouettes, ballet/jazz steps or learning to connect movements to become more fluid. If you would like to learn a short piece of choreography we can do that too! Class will begin with an introduction followed by a brief discussion about the learners goals, interests and abilities. This class can be formatted to help gymnasts and figure skaters as well. Dancer at heart but no training? We can start with basics or just have fun learning how to move on the beat! *Learners can request specific music ahead of class. *Students will have a safe environment to ask questions and be creative while working with an experienced dance instructor.

*Dance movements are excellent for improving mobility, balance and coordination! Dance helps with focus, discipline and listening skills.
*Learning the fundamentals of dance (specifically ballet) is very helpful with training in figure skating and gymnastics as well.

*Please message me before your child's lesson with style and music requests, goals and any prior experience they may have.
*Please provide a safe space for your child to learn. Do NOT have class on a slippery floor or where things can be bumped or broken.
*Wear comfortable clothes!
*You may want a water bottle nearby for a quick water break.

I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dance Performance with a minor in Health Education. In addition, I have been teaching and doing choreography for over 15 years. I was a background dancer in Disney's High School Musical 2. I have worked with all ages teaching ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance and have done the choreography for many musical productions and groups.
