一對一數學家教：乘法

This class is for:
      -The beginner multiplication learner.
      -The learner who needs assistance with multiplication problems or homework.
      -The learner who needs a refresher on multiplication facts.

During this one-on-one tutoring session focused on multiplication, the student will be assisted with learning, reviewing, and gaining an understanding of the concepts of multiplication. Topics that will be covered are basic multiplication facts (0-12), vertical multi-digit multiplication, commutative/associative properties, doubling and halving strategies, and area models for visualizing multiplication.

If the learner needs assistance with an assignment that they are finding difficult to complete, problems will be handled one by one and step by step until the student is ready to work on the problems independently. By teaching concepts, strategies, and showing how to utilize resources, the student will begin to understand multiplication.

The goal is that after working with the student on the concepts, the student will be able to teach me by articulating how to work certain problems. The ability to explain the steps demonstrates that the learner has internalized the process, which will be beneficial for tackling similar problems in the future.

The class will be as a tutoring session and will involve constant one-on-one interaction. This class is visual, auditory, and tactile.
