6-12 年級一對一數學輔導

Each class session is catered to the students specific needs and how I can best help them. 

These include but are not limited to: 
-Working on test taking skills
-Help with deciphering word problems
-How to get unstuck when working on a problem
-Time it takes to complete a problem
-Multiple ways to solve problems
-Help with work organization
-Understanding, catching, and fixing common mistakes
-Material connection to past topics
-Providing practice problems to reinforce material
-Working on building confidence 
-Finals preparation 

This class is a collaboration with the instructor and student. It relies on discussion and feedback. Based on feedback, I take into account how the student feels about math what they think their strengths are and how can we continue to build on them.  

Content can be worked on from any math classes taught 6th-12grade include (but are not limited to):
-PreAlgebra
-Algebra1
-Algebra2
-Algebra3
-Geometry
-Trigonometry
-PreCalculus
-Calculus 
-Common Core Math Standards

Students should come ready with any homework/worksheets/problems/questions/topics they want to go over during the session and will bring with them or have access to any math tools needed (ex: calculator). The more the students can provide me during the class and before, the better I can find the best way to help them during the sessions and moving forward. 

My goal is to have the students feel confident and succeed in their math classes.
