the main project will be to track and record food choices and calories so the student can see what they are actually putting in their body

課堂經歷

We will cover in class the basics of calorie intake and use. We will discuss the basic food groups and types of vitamins and how to include them in your diet. The students will be given some good alternatives to common naughty foods (The American diet has MANY naughty foods. We will focus on highly processed, high fat and high sugar foods as naughty foods.) This is an informational style lecture with opportunity for questions at the end.
