In this course, we will discuss the basic aspects of communication and how they pertain to good leadership: -body language - emotional awareness (eg. reading the room) - word choice - vocal tone We will then discuss a few scenarios where compromising or negotiating may be necessary. Students will learn how to approach these conversations if they are confronting or being confronted. We will also discuss how to professionally handle rude interactions, and how to speak so that others...
- Students will understand how to confront people when they need to do so, and how to respond appropriately when they are confronted by someone. - Students will learn the four aspects of communication, and how to navigate them well for good leadership.
