Each lesson is a combination of lecture, listening, and discussion about the material covered in the lesson. This course is 75% Music Theory and 25 % Ear Training. The students will work individually with the instructor to address their needs through practice tests and Ear Training exercises that will be provided by the instructor. Recommended course upon completion is 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐲: 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐝𝐲, 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, & 𝐑𝐡𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐦 (𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝). This class will be taught through live presentations that discuss the following topics. Students will receive unlimited opportunities to discuss any of these concepts in more detail via video message or chat. Students will develop aural skills through focused ear training exercises, enabling them to identify intervals, chords, and rhythms accurately.Learners will deepen their understanding of music theory concepts, including scales, harmony, and chord progressions, and apply this knowledge in practical exercises.

Advanced Ledger Lines, 32nd & 64th Notes, Compound Time Signatures
Learners will learn about what advanced ledger lines are in music, the differences between 32nd & 64 notes, and compound time signatures through a series of in-class activities led by the instructor. 50 分鐘線上直播課

𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐬 & 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬
Learners will be introduced to different triplet rhythms and other time signatures within the simple and compound structures. 50 分鐘線上直播課

Learners will be introduced to a variety of perfect, major, and minor intervals through a series of in-class activities and be able to relate them to popular tunes to help internalize the intervals. 50 分鐘線上直播課

Augmented and Diminished, Intervals, Inversion of Intervals, Internal Review
Learners will be able to develop the skills to hear the differences between augmented and diminished intervals and receive more practice with the perfect, major, and minor intervals. They will be introduced to inversions and there will be a review. 50 分鐘線上直播課
