多日高中化學課程第 2 部分！

In this fun, interactive course, learners will learn topics in high school chemistry. They will learn several concepts, do practice problems and be able to ask questions.  The instructor will disuss the topic while showing slides.  The learners will be able to take notes in class. Learners are encouraged to keep their cameras on during the session but this is not required. They will be able to communicate with the teacher to clarify by raising their hand or sending a message in the chat box. The recording will be available to view after each session. Leaners should bring a scientific calculator, periodic table, notebook and something to write with to each class. A short quiz will be given at the end of each week to check comprehension.

Week 1 - Nuclear Chemistry (nuclear reactions and half-life calculations)
Week 2 and 3 - Acid and Base Chemistry, Titrations
Week 4 and 5 - Thermochemistry, Calorimetry, Energy Diagrams, Phase Change Diagrams, Enthalpy Calculations
Week 6 and 7 - Kinetic Molecular Theory of Gases, Gas Laws and Gas Law Stoichiometry
Week 8 - Equilibrium and LeChatelier's Principle
Week 9 - Kinetics
Week 10 and 11 - Electrochemistry, Galvanic and Electrolytic Cells, Oxidation and Reduction Reactions, cell potential
Week 12 - Organic Chemistry

 Learners will be assigned a few homework problems at the end of each class with instructions. In the following class, answers will be given. If learners need help obtaining a solution, the instructor will solve the problem in class. Office hours will be scheduled if extra help is needed.
