Genre Reading Camp! This camp will meet five times for one week. Within those five days, students will learn about the different reading genre's. Each day the class will read two or three different stories. This class will focus on the different styles of writing and how to identify the different types of stories. Students will enhance their knowledge of reading genres and improve their comprehension skills.
I have two years of public school reading instruction as well as I have been teaching reading classes on Outschool for a year now. I am vey passionate about the importance of reading and developing life long readers. I believe that reading is a top priority because it affects every other academic subject.

All stories will be age appropriate . Students will be using Kahoot during one class meeting. No account is required for students to participate in Kahoot.
