課堂經歷
Students will engage in an exercise class that is so fun and exciting that they won't even know they are working out. I will model various exercises for them; such as yoga poses, stretching, body weight exercises, with a sprinkle of dance moves and a heavy serving of jumping and laughing. The classes start with a short introduction where we meet each other, followed by a quick warm up to loosen up our bodies. This will be followed by me modeling an exercise for the students, and then all of us doing it together. We will take a breathers as needed, during which the students can sip on some water and then we get right back into it! We will start cooling down about 5 minutes before the class ends. My teaching style is very laid back. I build rapport with my students very easily. I love to laugh and be silly with my students. The learners will get the chance to interact with me during the whole class. I will correct their form as they do their exercise, if needed, and praise them as we go along. They will also be able to ask me questions at the end of the class after cool down. They are welcome to post anything they wish to ask in the discussion forum in between classes:) The students need zero experience to be able to participate in this class. This is perfect for beginners, as well as those that are more advanced. I will show variations of exercises, depending on the skill levels of the learners. #creative

父母的引導和規範
It would be best for the students to have an open space with a yoga mat to be able to take full advantage of this class. We will be doing lots of movements, jumping, etc, which will require open space. Students should have a water bottle nearby that they can sip out of during our breaks. Shoes and socks are optional, barefoot is okay for this class.
The students may stretch before class but it is not required. I will be doing a warm-up with them in the beginning of class.

I know how important body movement is for the well-being of our bodies and I want to help little ones get used to moving thier bodies and learn to love being active.
